this weekend was for:
• visiting one of my besties in erie, PA. she moved there for a year with her now husband and we wanted to visit one last time before she moved back to VA in a few weeks (charlottesville, yes!). this meant a lot of dock drinking and sunbathing.
• karaoke-ing (backstreet boys, “i want it that way”) at one of the weirdest bars i’ve ever seen.
• discovering something new (to me) from my favorite brewery. at a fraction of the DC price.
• a BYOB dinner (we’re each carrying a personal six pack in the bottom photo). this entire concept is so foreign to me.
not pictured: two really long drives (erie is far, you guys), the best veggie cream cheese i’ve ever had, a terrible-but-worth-it hungover body pump + body combat session, eating a doritos locos taco for the first time (i love doritos and i love this, no shame), catching up on true blood, and finally submitting my application to weddingbee (fingers crossed!).
