mock garlic mashed potatoes
i know it is known (irri and jhiqui HELLO) that a cauliflower can equal a potato but i never really tried it until last night and mother of god it is true. tasted exactly like full garlic mashed potatoes and was so, so easy. here’s the recipe i used - changes noted:
